The state of Himachal Pradesh is located on the Northern India, nestled on the lap of the mighty Himalayas. Himachal in Sanskrit means “Adobe of Snow”. The state shares it borders with Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Kashmir and the Autonomous Region of Tibet.
