Although Tanzania is a country rich in culture and traditions, it’s history is also one of treasured heritage and pride. From the early days of mankind's history, man has called the land of Tanzania home - its verdant mountains, its scrubland plains.

It is a country of many outstanding adventure and safari destinations in Africa. The plains of Serengeti, the snow of Mt. Kilimanjaro are only a fraction of what Tanzania safari has to offer. For anyone who has ever dreamt of Africa, those names are poetic invocations, calling up in the mind's eye all of the fabled attractions of the continent itself.

About Tanzania and Tanzania safaris:
Tanzania, the largest country in East Africa, includes the spice islands of Zanzibar, Pemba, and Mafia and contains Africa's highest point—Kilimanjaro, at 5,895 meters (19,340 feet). Kilimanjaro, a dormant volcano, is snowcapped even though it is near the Equator. Tanzania shares the northern border with Kenya and Uganda.

The most known about Tanzania safari is the world famous wildebeest migration that crosses the border to Kenya in their search for fertile ...
... grasslands. Choose a Tanzania safari package below and send us your request. If none fits your desires or you would like to change an existing itinerary, you are welcome to do so.

In the northeast of Tanzania is a mountainous region that includes Mt. Meru (14,979 ft/4,566 m) and Mount Kilimanjaro (19,340 ft./5,895 m), the latter of which is the highest point in Africa and possibly the most breathtaking mountain imaginable. To the west of these peaks is Serengeti National Park, which has the greatest concentration of migratory game animals in the world (200,000 zebra, for example).

Within the Serengeti is Olduvai Gorge, the site of the famous discoveries by the Leakeys of fossil fragments of the very earliest ancestors of Homo sapiens. The Serengeti also contains the marvelous Eden of Ngorongoro, a 20-mile-wide volcanic crater that is home to an extraordinary concentration and diversity of wildlife.

Tanzania safari wildlife:
Tanzania parks are rich with wildlife. They are one of the prime attractions in addition to the magnificent sceneries. It is a country that is quite like Kenya in that winter and summer seasons have no meaning, another African safari destination. Only wet or dry. Some of the national parks have earned a world-class fame as safari destinations and what is more, the Tanzania safari parks are never crowded.

Tanzania Wildebeests migration:

"One of the World's biggest spectacles". Many have so described it. Many have come back time and again. They have witnessed this mass movement of wild animals roaming free through unspoiled and savage wilderness both in Kenya and Tanzania. On a Kenya or Tanzania tour, the air fills with the click- click of the cameras tirelessly. Africa is changing at a quick pace and human encroachment into the wildlife reserves has continued to erase the traditional routes.

In association with development and changes of the way of life, the image of wildlife roaming free is slowly getting erased. Fortunately, Masai Mara National reserve and Serengeti in Tanzania holds on to their charisma of an open, limitless land. It is one of the places in Africa that still prides in wildlife concentration.
