Mitch Salzman has been working in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry for more than 20 years and has won numerous awards throughout his career. He has worked with Orthofix, Inc as the Regional Sales Director of the company. He managed 18 territory managers, 12 associate territory managers and over 75 distributors in the SE region covering FL, GA, AL, SC, KY and NC. He worked with Orthofix from July 2007 to December 2011 and in these four years; he grew region sales from $20 million to over $30 million. He won the “President’s Club” in 2010 for being number one RSD in the nation. He finished 2008 and 2009 over 104 percent to plan with consecutive YOY growth of 11 percent and 14 percent respectively. He also recruited over 75 distributors throughout the region.

During his time with Bionicare Medical Technologies, he won the “Pinnacle Performer Award” in 2004. Mitch Salzman executed public relation news campaigns, programs, conferences and seminars to increase product uptake.

Mitch Salzman received his degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Temple University located in Philadelphia, PA. He also spent one year abroad studying in Israel. He has two children and for many years enjoyed coaching their sport teams. In his free time, he likes running, going for bike rides and spending time with his family.
