Almost every guy wants to change something about themselves. One of the most common changes people want to make is their fitness level. If you pick up a magazine or a newspaper then you are bound to find a man with his shirt off and ripped muscles. A six pack has become the ‘must have’ look which many guys are striving to achieve. The problem with this, though, is that few men understand exactly what is involved to get Ripped and Shredded. This means that quite often they will go completely the wrong way and make mistakes which will affect their chances of getting ripped fast.Guys have never been more conscious about the way that they look. Girls these days can be very demanding and not looking a certain way can be very worrying. Take any man who has suffered from man boobs, or moobs, and they will tell you how much this condition has an effect on their confidence. Even guys who aren’t vain will want to get a six pack and strengthen their body. By building muscles you improve your overall health which will mean you are less likely ...
... to experience illnesses and other medical problems.

Understanding Peak Conditions :

Even professional bodybuilders, fitness models and mma fighters cannot be in peak physical performance all year round. It’s just impossible to do that. What these professionals realise is that they need to work towards peak physical fitness for the time of their competition. You will learn that you can build muscle and you can lose weight by changing your lifestyle. However, you will only be at your peak fitness level for a short time.

Of course, this doesn’t actually mean that you go from buff to fat in the space of a few months or weeks. What it actually means is that you go from good shape, to fantastic shape. This doesn’t mean that you can’t stay looking amazing all year round, just you can’t expect to be at your peak condition all the time.

The best that you can hope for is to be in good looking shape all year round. You can still have a great six pack, but you will need to retain some extra body fat just to stay healthy.

Changing your Lifestyle :

Your body is a very complicated machine which needs to work in a certain way. You will find that no matter how many exercises you do, if you are not living a healthy, balanced lifestyle, then you won’t notice any effects. If you live a party lifestyle for example then you will find that you put a lot of weight on all the time. Drinking large quantities of alcohol and eating unhealthy snacks will help you to bulk up. This will mean that you will never see your strong abdominal muscles.

It is essential that you live a healthy lifestyle while continuing with your exercise regime. This will allow you to get very quick results.

When choosing a diet you need to be very careful. You will need to provide your body with plenty of protein to make muscles, whilst also being careful to restrict the amount of calories you consume. By burning more calories than you are consuming, you will be able to lose fat and allow other people to see your abs. This is the key to a get ripped diet, which many people fail to understand.

Ripped Abs Workout :

If you are looking to build your six pack muscles, then you will need to concentrate on various exercises. When most people consider exercises for building a six pack they will only concentrate on isolation exercises. This is a mistake, while abdominal crunches are helpful, they shouldn’t be the basis of a ripped bas workout. Simply jogging is a very helpful exercise for anyone interested in building a six pack because it can help them to lose weight. Also, any bodybuilder worth his salt will advise the big four: Squats, Dead Lift, Flat Bench Press and Clean and Press.

Uncovering your Abs :

Once you have focused on exercises to build stomach muscles, you then need to actually uncover them. Even if you have toned and firm abdominal muscles, they will often be covered by a layer of fat. In order to display your six pack to the world, you will need to lose this weight.

When you are trying to uncover your abs, you will find it useful to know exactly how much body fat you should have when to get a ripped and shredded body. Women should have between 8 and 12% body fat and men should have 3 to 6% when in peak physical condition. Normally this sort of physical condition is just when you are a professional competitor. Most people should aim for a body fat level of around 12% as this is sustainable and can make you look amazing all year round.

You may have to experiment with your body fat levels as everyone is different. While 12% body fat will work for most people, some might need to lose more fat around their waist.

Motivation :

When you are trying to get ripped and shredded you will need to realise that your efforts won’t be rewarded overnight. Actually, you will need to wait at least a month or longer before you start to see obvious results. The key is to stay motivated so that you don’t lose interest. With so many overweight people in the world, it’s very easy to lose motivation and assume that nothing will work or help you.

It’s also important that you don’t waste your efforts. Make sure you stick to your healthy lifestyle changes and workout regimes. It can be very easy to relax a little which would make it easy to put weight back on and allow the muscle to turn back into fat. By keeping yourself motivated you can improve your health easily.

You should notice changes in your mood and feelings before any actual physical improvements. Becoming healthier and strengthening your body is of great benefit for many reasons. Not only do you look fantastic, but you also will be healthier. Feeling better in yourself and being less susceptible to illnesses will make your life much better.
