New Upcoming Yamaha Bikes In India 2012

Yamaha has entrenched the premium biking segment and it is expected that this year, 2012 will see Yamaha launching its 250cc motorcycle. The FAZER 250cc is speculated to launch in 2012.Yamaha is known to produce excellent vehicles that are robust and offer quality drive. The performance of Yamaha bikes on road is one of the best.

Yamaha FZ250

Yamaha bikes in India by Yamaha Motors are developing a 250cc bike the Yamaha FZ series. They will launch the bike to boast the potential and also to give a tough time to other existing bikes in the same segment. This is a 250cc bike and is featured with single cylinder, a 2-valve OHC, four stroke engine achieving 21bhp and peak torque 20.7Nm. This has inherent qualities of Yamaha offering longer durability and high performing engines making a strong influence on Indian roads.

Yamaha Scooters

... to be introduced in India by 2012. The company plans to invest in setting an assembly line for new scooter models. This is expected to hit the Indian roads by mid 2012 and the price range will be between Rs.50, 000- 80,000.

Yamaha is launching entry level scooters and its existing facilities, Faridabad and Surajpur and in this aim has invested USD 10 million. They are expecting to increase the existing units capacity and do not intend setting up new plants.

Yamaha R15

Yamaha R15 is an upcoming vehicle tested for Indian roads. Though the test drive is over 8 months, this bike has not been launched. It seems they are going for major mechanical changes.
However, usually this does not take much time to offer dealerships and so many are eagerly waiting for R15.

Yamaha R15 is expected with a 22-24bhp engine. It is expected to come with fantastic chassis, lighter body such that it will ensure an easy drive. However, the wait continues as Yamaha India is yet to launch it new Yamaha bikes and announce the availability.
