Good tenants are hard to find, so it’s understandable that landlords try to hold on to them sometimes at the cost of not keeping up with market rent prices, and loss of potential income. Many land owners resort to charging minimum rent, which doesn’t match the average market price, in order to keep their tenant. Every person with some knowledge in the field of property management Sydney will tell you that a property owner should never lose sight of their interests and the reason why they own property, which is to store value and to make money.
Property Management Sydney sometimes isn’t easy, since it can take a long time before one can find good and reliable tenants; but you should never settle for less than you can get. Don’t sacrifice your own income just to play it safe and not lose a good tenant. It definitely isn’t cruel to charge tenants the average market rent.
