With your diet watched, and your regular checkups attended. It is much easier to manage and live a healthy life. A bit of regular exercises wraps it all. Hit the gym at least twice a week, engage yourself in easy to do exercises such as taking walks, cycling, jogging, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc. For those who already have health complications or alcohol addiction it is still possible to lead a happy life just like other normal people.
