Doilies are used in a wide variety of celebrations, for decoration of a table while also protecting expensive furniture from being damaged due to spilled drinks, sweets or bakery items. Used sometimes as placemats as well, a doily comes in a large variety of shapes, sizes, designs and colors. You can go for elegant white ones used during wedding or engagement celebrations. You can also go for pink, maroon, floral yellow and orange ones depending upon the nature of the festivity. They are used as cake laces and as coasters for drinks. They are placed on trays as well as inside gift baskets handed over to different people. They are placed under sugar bowls, stylish ashtrays, coffee urns, flower vases and juice glasses.

The Doilies are very useful considering that they can be used for ornamentation while also protecting the surface beneath especially during festive occasions where there are plenty of food items or drinks passing hands. Even pastry shops, bakery shops, hotels and restaurants use this to embellish their trays while serving drinks or food items. You can go for unique ones which are engraved elegantly ...
... and intricately with complicated patterns using special dies by craftsmen with exquisite skills. Some of these can actually be designed to imitate priceless lace models used centuries ago and now find their place in museums and art houses. Acid free models can be ordered for special events in thousands as they don’t cost much.

You can order for circular Doilies as well as heart shaped ones. You can use red heart lace or medallion gold foil depending upon your preferences.
