More Budget Dubai Hotels Coming Up

You will be mistaken, if you thought living in Dubai was all about spending millions and buying luxury
villas and private jets. It is true that Dubai widely gets acknowledge for its wealthy and lavish lifestyle,
but it is also not a secret that the city provides a chance to shop duty free items and stay in budget
Dubai hotels, at the same time. Travelers can plan to make their Dubai holidays cheaper in this backdrop,
without compromising too much with the quality of services they might be expecting from their hosts.

You can get world class services at a reasonable price from quite a few cheap Dubai hotels, which are
scattered throughout the city's skyline. Several of these can even be found at the city's prime locations.
One may like to remind here that several more budget hotels were about to be constructed within the city
limits in the next few years, signifying the market cheaper Dubai hotels enjoyed in the city. Two leading

... the next few years. Nakheel would initiate this project in the
vicinity of Shaikh Zayed Road, by May 2008 and complete it by June 2009. It will also help Nakheel in
expediting its efforts for making more cheap Dubai hotels in the next few years.

This latest joint venture by Nakheel will be constructed within the Jafza free zone near Shaikh
Zayed Road, and will be named The easyHotel. It will deliver 216 budget rooms, which will provide
world-class "sleep and shower" experience at an affordable price. Dubai World, the promoter of Nakheel
and Jafza, is a global investment company which provides money for major developments within and
outside Dubai. The company's portfolio carries a long list of prime developments, such as The World, Jafza
free zone, Dubai Waterfront and several key Dubai hotels.

The partnership of two leading developers, Nakheel and Jafza, will bolster the growth of cheaper Dubai
hotels. The city's growing fame is attracting many middle class citizens from the UAE's neighboring
countries and as far as the Indian subcontinent and the ASEAN nations, who wish to watch and admire
Dubai's amazing growth first hand. They do not necessarily belong to the high-end clientele, thus
raising the necessity of making more of budget Dubai hotels and serviced apartments. It wasn't too long ago
that Istithmar Hotels and Nakheel were asked by Dubai World to merge and a new group called Nakheel Hotels
came up. The idea behind this merger was to streamline the hospitality sector under Dubai World's funding and
thus try to expand in and outside Dubai in the prevailing scenario, which was highly conducive for
the hotel business.

This merger made no difference as far as Istithmar's day-to-day business was concerned, except that they
will have more workload to do away with on their hands now. This however, signals the kind of expansion Dubai
hotels were about to undertake and the conducive time ahead for the low and high-end facilities both there.
