Steps To Recycle Hp 98 Ink Laser Cartridge – Drum, Canister And Toner Cartridge

For a healthy and a good environment, everyone should make a habit of following recycling process as it is beneficial for both people and our nature. This is basically done to preserve more money and fuel for the future and also helps to prevent our environment from hazardous pollution. Not only this, this process of recycling also reduces the problem of garbage and proves safe and healthy surroundings to live. This has been noticed from last so many years that, many recycling printer companies have take a step forward to except this process and started doing recycling and reproducing. This leads to put all the cartridges back to their original place.

Recycling of HP 98 Ink Laser Cartridge

iv. Drum – Gelatin coating on a drum and geared cartridge.
v. Canister –toner holding tube
vi. Toner and Developer – same as drum cartridge but uses developer and toner both.
Firstly we will talk about Canister Cartridge, to refill this cartridge follow these steps:
VII. Spread some soaking material on it and then look for the plug which you will find at the end of a cartridge.
VIII. Now remove that plug and create a hole exactly there but make sure that the hole should not look like a smooth surface.
IX. After this, remove the chip.
X. Now, shake well the bottle of toner and empty the bottle into cartridge with the help of a paper funnel or plastic funnel.
XI. Don’t forget to put the plug back and seal it with the help of black electrical tape.
XII. Install it in the printer carefully.
Now we will discuss about Drum Cartridge:
The drum cartridge consists of three coatings namely, blue, red and green. Replace the waste hopper and tonner using following these steps:
V. To recycle the HP 98 Ink Cartridge, first of all locate the drum but imagining that it will run down towards the end.
VI. Set it in a position so that the drum moves from left right. The side which is close to you is near one and which is far from you is far one.
VII. You will find that one of the two sides is larger.
VIII. The larger side is known as toner hopper and smaller side is waste hopper. Now follow the above steps for refilling.
The above steps and procedure will help you to refill the HP 98 Ink Cartridge and Kodak 10 Ink Cartridge easily.
