However they can differentiate into specific cells, for an instance mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate into bone, cartilage, fat, fibrobl, and muscle. These adult stem cells can be derived from the bone marrow in the laboratory.

Stem cells regeneration capability is the most important function which provides the strength to replace the damaged cell of the particular part of the body that need to be treated as per stem cell therapies. This form of treatment is gaining popularity and success in US, European Union, Middle east, India and its neighboring countries and spreading all over the world.
