You can set up Microsoft Windows with multiple user accounts, each with its own password provides the option to create a password reset CD that you can then use to reset Windows password that's forgotten. If you don't have a password recovery CD available, you can still reset the passwords through your administrator account.
Firstly, make use of Windows Administrator account for Windows 7 password recovery: you should log into Windows under the administrator account, and then click the "Start" button. When you type "lusrmgr.msc" into the Search field, press the "Enter" key, then you will enter the administrator password to confirm that you wish to open this file (Please note that you should have access the account when you forgot Windows password, otherwise, this would not be helpful.). Now Double-click the "Local Users and Groups" icon. Select the "Users" tab. And right-click on the user account that needs its password recovery. Click the "Set Password" option from the drop-down menu. ...
... Finally, type the new password in the two fields that are provided. Click "OK" to accept the change.
Or you can use the safe mode to reset Windows password. There are 3 safe mode options: safe mode, safe mode with network and safe mode with command prompt, but here only shows you detailed instructions on how to bypass windows XP password by safe mode with command prompt, which will starts Windows in safe mode with a command prompt window instead of the usual Windows interface. Although this option is said to be intended for IT technicians, it is easy for operation for those who have little computing knowledge when it comes to bypass Windows password.

Restart or turn on your computer

Repeatedly tap F8 key as the computer is booting. It will bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" as shown below.

Use your arrow keys to select Safe Mode with Command Prompt and press Enter.

Windows will load files until you see a logon screen similar screen with all your account user names displayed. Enter password for your administrator account to get in safe mode

You'll see Windows command prompt after entering safe mode.

Enter net user on the command prompt, and press Enter. It will list all the user names of your Windows accounts. Here we assume that there is a user name of "Jack" in the list and you want to bypass the "Jack" account password.

Enter net user Jack 123456 on command prompt and press Enter. This command line means that you want to reset the lost "Jack" account password to "123456". When it takes effect, you'll be able to logon the Jack account with the new password of "123456".

Now all the operations compete and you can exit safe mode by restarting computer.
If these ways can help you, you need to use third-party software. Such as Ophcrack, a popular free password recovery software with the rainbow table, and Windows Password Breaker, a professional Windows password recovery tool works on Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2008, 2003, 2000.
