Mitchell Salzman has been working in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry for many years. He is a result-oriented sales professional who has successfully completed and even exceeded sales targets. He has worked as Regional Sales Director for Orthofix, Inc., a leading medical device company promoting a bone growth stimulator for spine fusions. He managed 18 territory managers, 12 associate territory managers and over 75 distributors in SE region including FL, GA, AL, SC, KY and NC. In 2010, he won “President’s Club” for being number 1 RSD in the nation and finishing 108% to plan with 15% YOY growth. He also recruited more than 75 distributors throughout the region. As Regional Sales Director, he grew region sales from $20 million to over $30 million.

Throughout his career, Mitch Salzman has won various awards for his exemplary performance in the medical device sales industry. He went to Temple University located in Philadelphia, PA and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. He spent one year abroad studying in Israel. Along with his business works, he has helped raise awareness for various social causes. He is registered in the National Marrow Donor Program. In his free time, he likes running, going for bike rides and spending time with family. He keeps himself updated with the latest technological advancements.
