Different iPhone developer uses the same set of rule when creating their own games. In fact, all game and app developers use the process, for just about any kind of electronic device. Some apps are so complex that a large team of people is required to develop the app from idea to the final version. However, it is possible to develop apps with just one or two people capable of tackling different tasks.

An app starts off as an idea. Developers sit down to think out prospective ideas before they get started at app creation. Creating a good app starts with getting those ideas, potential games and needs for an app out onto a piece of paper or into a word document. Wire frames and storyboards are helping the developer when working out the look and flow of the app before building. These frames are just a quick sketch to show the position of buttons and other elements of the page.

The developer will then move onto the actual coding of the app. Those working in app development will work primarily in two types of software code, Objective-C, C, C++, or JavaScript. Writing out all of the code needed to make an ...
... app run properly can take quite a while or just a few days, depending on the app. Coding an app is part creating the frame of the app, part adding to that skeleton and part debugging problems that pop up.

Three Different Versions of the Game The Alpha Version of the app is the original version that developers build. Developers will next move onto creating a Beta Version of the app that can be downloaded to different devices for testing. During this part of the iPhone development process, the Beta Version of a game or app will be used by several testers looking for problems. The testers make reports at the end of the testing period to the team about the different problems in the Beta Version of the app.

The reports are looked over by the whole development team and they decide together how they will mend the problems. When they've found a solution, the developers open up the app code and make necessary changes to fix it. This is a layman's explanation of development. Coders may put the app through a few testing phases before completely working out all of the kinks Fin the Beta Version. The final build is ready for sale after the developers work out all of the problems in the Beta Version of the app.
