Co-signing Home Loans

Many people don't realize the full implication of co-singing on a loan until it is too late. It can come as a surprise when you have a foreclosure on your record when you have never owned a home, but it happens a lot and instead of affecting your credit you should stop and think before you do this favor for a friend. While many people are co-signing with their spouse, others do it just to be a good friend, regardless of why you are doing it, you need to stop and think about what you are committing to.
