There are different types of machines and these machines have their different uses. Then there is the oil expeller machine that are used to extract the oil from different kinds of seeds like the rapeseed, palm kernel, sunflower seeds, castor seeds and various other oil bearing seeds and nuts.

If you see this machine you will notice that this machine has a pressing chamber where the seeds are fed from one side of the press to the other side of the press. These machines use the pressure and the friction that drives the screws and drives to move from one direction to another as well as compress the oil seeds. This oil makes sure that they come out of the seeds from the small openings that it has. It is these small openings that make sure that they prevent any kind of solid kind of residue that is present in the seeds to mix it with the extracted oil. This waste that is present in the oil is present in it from the other end of the machine. This thing that is left over from the seed is known as oil cakes.

If you think that this machine has been used off lately then you are wrong this machine has been used since the ...
... ancient times then people were aware of the usage of this machine and they used the seeds to extract oil from this machine. But there is a difference in the type of the machine as it is now as earlier this machine was only cleaned and grinded by using different kinds of grinders or stone mills.

But as technology progressed new technology paved way to the automated version of the oil expeller machine that were required to extract the oil from the oil seeds or the nuts. These machines have made the extraction process quite easy and it has also made it quite fast. There are two types of these machines- full press expellers and pre press expellers. The full press expeller is used by the small and the medium oil mills, the pre press expellers are mainly used by the large oil extraction companies who are in need of this machine to extract the oil.

There are a lot of advantages of these oil extracting machines as it produces optimum oil yield and that too at a low operating cost and it also has low power of consumption. It has the ability to crush any and all kinds of the edible as well as the non-edible seeds.

Established in 1951, United is a leading Supplier and oil expeller manufacturer of Equipment and Turnkey Projects for Oil Seed Extraction, Edible Oil Processing, Expeller machine and Renewable Energy Systems.
