Disability is not shame any more. There were very few broad minded people before, but now with the changing times, the mentality of the people have transformed from considering disability as a curse to an unfortunate situation, which can occur with anyone. Disabled individuals demand care and understanding, which would not just help them cure faster, but allow them to be independent again. Having the independence to do whatever one wants to do, from accomplishing a basic chore to shopping and playing is the right of every individual. If one is refrained from doing what they want to do, it is but natural for one to get irritated by it, but nothing can be done if that particular individual is a disabled individual. Instead, the family members of the disabled have to understand the pain they are going through and shower all the care and support to them, so that they do not feel dependant and loose out psychologically.
