Melt Belly Fat Like Butter With These Tips

Having a big round belly can be very embarrassing. Most people avoid going for hangouts and parties as they always feel offended. They get to hear non-stop comments about their potbelly from friends, relatives, and even from your own family members! Nevertheless, presented below are some useful tips to reduce belly fat naturally.
Morning activities
The first and foremost thing you need to do is exercise regularly in the mornings. The main purpose of exercising on an empty stomach in the morning is that it helps burn off all the excess fat (generally called ‘empty calories’) in your body whereas if you do the workouts in the daytime or in the evening, you only reduce whatever fat you have accumulated from the food that you had eaten on that day (from the morning till the time you do the workouts). Morning diet is also equally important to reduce the belly fat. You may have a light breakfast one hour after you have finished your morning jog or exercise. Let your breakfast be rich in vitamins and proteins and devoid of fats and carbohydrates. Drinking a glass of lemon juice mixed with honey the first thing in the ...

Avoid alcohol and drugs
One fact that frequent alcohol drinkers should know is that alcohol is highly calorific and just one glass of alcohol enough to spoil a whole day’s hard workout effect. Each gram of alcohol contains approximately 7 units of calories. Now you may calculate how much calorie you are adding by drinking alcohol every time. Moreover, studies have revealed that alcohol adds up the sugar level in the body besides increasing your appetite and making you feel hungry.
‘No’ to junk food
Junk foods contain thrice as much oil and fat compared to the homemade food. The junk foods build up a lot of fat in the body especially around the belly. It also leads to other health problems such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes etc. So, as much as possible try avoiding junk foods.
Drink lots of water
Drinking plenty of water is compulsory for anyone but it is even more for people who are doing regular exercises. The water in the process of getting expelled through sweat and urine, also gets rids of all the unwanted impurities in the body that have been accumulated over the past few days or so. So the more you drink water, the more you lose impurities. In the process of shedding out the impurities from the body, some amount of fatty substances is also lost out. Ultimately this also keeps you healthy.
Minimize stress
This might sound silly for many but there is a reason behind it. When a person gets stressed out, certain hormones called ‘cortisol’ get released in the body. This hormone is directly linked to weight gain. Thus, it is always good to dedicate some time for stress-relieving activities every day. Watching TV programs using any of the popular connections such as Time Warner TV is also a good stress-relieving activity that you can indulge in.
Good sleep
A peaceful, calm sleep is very important for the overall good health of a person. It also helps to boost the immune system by which your body can ably fight and stay out of various diseases. If you don’t get good sleep, then you get tired very often and start feeling hungry. This sudden hunger might make you eat unhealthy snacks which might in turn result in the accumulation of fat. An 8-hour sleep (on fixed timings) would be ideal to keep you energetic at work the next day. So if you have not fixed your sleep timings better start cultivating it and avoid the fuss.
