Epoxy floor coatings are easy, cost effective and aesthetically pleasing way to enhance a dull gray concrete floor. This paint resin does not only improve the look of the floor, but also, seals the cracks and holes in cemented floors and provides an added layer of strength and protection. 3. Use a dry cloth to wipe away the excess epoxy or wax. Let it dry.
4. Sand the epoxy filler with 300-grit sandpaper until it is flush with the surface of the floor.
5. Paint over the damaged area with the same shade of epoxy paint used on the floor to camouflage the damaged area.
