-Have an eye test twice a year

-Wear sunglasses outdoors
Your eyes are fragile so it's highly recommended that you wear sunglasses for protection. You should not bear with the strong glare of the sun by squinting-that doesn't protect them from the harsh UV radiation. It is harmful even on cloudy days. Get yourself sunglasses with anti-reflective coating to prevent glare and lens reflections.
-Have a balanced diet and drink plenty of water

-Give your eyes a break
