The technology predictions are strongly echoed for all categories be it laptops, notebook, OS, camera, gaming consoles or iPad. So let’s have a quick overview of the top technologies that will be seen emerging with a bang in 2012.
Talkback TV's – Enhanced Viewing
Apple is all set to revolutionize the TV technology. An insider sourced tipoff to ifWall Street Journal that Apple's iTV could feature voice controls. The voice control could monitor searching schedules or channel change.

Apple iPhone 5 – Much Awaited
Many rumors were flared for iPhone 5 being released in 2011, but Apple postponed it for 2012. New and exciting change can be seen in iPhone 5 like slimmer design, aluminum-backed form and 4G compatibility. Though tentative, the time for release is expected to be seen somewhere in June.
Quad-core Tablets – For Super Speed
The biggest technological boom for 2011 has been the tablets. As if 2011 was not enough for tablets users, 2012 fosters Quad core processors microchips. With these processors be ready to experience super speed and sleeker tablet design. Nvida will be an emphatic booster for this speed as it plans to launch the new processor nicknamed Kal-El and major tablet manufacture have decided to incorporate this processor.
Sony's Playstation Vita – Gamers Heaven
This new gaming console makes mobile gaming upbeat and adds new dimensions to it. This feature rich gaming console offers 3G mobile internet connection, a screen and double-sided touch-sensitive panels. Added to this are two cameras, 5-inch OLED screen, touch-sensitive back panel, motion sensors and includes the high speed, powerful quad-core processor. It is due to be release in Australia on 23rd February with cost as $349.95 (wi-fi) or $449.95 (3G). Hope are high for it taking the market by storm.

Nintendo Wii U - Another Great Choice For Gamers With the new Nintendo Wii U gamers can find extra control with a 6.2-inch touch screen, 1080p high-definition graphics etc. Plus the features like continue playing a game when the TV is turned off is also available with the new Nintendo Wii U

Windows 8 - Entirely New Look To Windows OS
Inspired by its Windows Smartphone, Microsoft is giving a fresh look to its OS. The new OS will have a start screen instead of a Start Menu with applications tiles. Other anticipated changes include a revamp for Task Manager, Windows Explorer, track mouse movements with gesture-based passwords, USB 3.0 format support, "Windows To Go" to help you store OS in USB and yes, a customizable Taskbar. A beta version is due in February but no final date has been set for its release.
