Literature stimulates creativity as reading books introduces the reader to a completely new world. This is done by the use of descriptive language in which the reader tries to paint a picture in his or her mind of what he reads. Programs based on conversation tend to focus on formulas used in contextual situations, so there is no way for independent thought and adaption of language. Whereas programs based on literature focus on how the students have interpreted the language personally and this let students to experiment with the language.

Visual books can help in igniting the spark of interest in children and questions can be incorporated in between the reading for adult students.
Students should read aloud in the classrooms each day to encourage them to speak and improve their pronunciation. Mispronounced words should be noted and corrected by the teacher then and there. Questions should be asked in between the reading process to make students think. Maybe there will be only one answer or maybe none, but the process of thinking will start within the students and this will initiate learning.
