Some say its love; some say money but I believe a sound health is most important to lead a smooth life. With ever flourishing demands and diversified chores demanding attention there is hardly anytime left for leisure. The restless human body has become a focal point for many diseases. Alcohol liver diseases are amongst such deadly ailments which are faced by the leisure loving race of human kind. Alcohol is well known for its relaxing and wicked nature but its enmities with liver have earned it a bad name. Liver is one of the vital organs necessary for keeping the machine of body on track. It is responsible for producing essential proteins for body build up. It also converts the nutrients into blood components for even circulation of these elements to all the body parts. Liver diseases are outcome of wear and tear of liver which shun its smooth functioning. These generally are result of corrosion of liver since many years but acute liver failure occurs within 48 hours.

A liver disease, if encountered should be given proper attention and a doctor should be consulted as soon as possible. A liver disease can lead to cirrhosis, liver cancer and infection in other parts of the body. Auto immune disease can also occur in advanced state of liver failure. In such a condition the body develops immunity against its own self and slowly eats up the other parts of the body also leading to the death of person in some cases.

A healthy diet and proper vaccination can help in providing a healthy and disease free life. The modern civilized man at times, neglects health deliberately. He hoards eatables with a view of filling the stomach only whereas; on the other hand some destitute ones starve to death. In both the cases the food consumed lacks the basic nutritious value. Thus a healthy diet and balanced consumption of alcohol is the need of hour. Proper hygiene should also be introduced in order to prevent liver diseases becoming a hindrance in smooth, happy and healthy life.
