Make sure that your press release is media friendly. There are certain media agencies that would print your press release without any editing or alteration. Hence, take extra care that the details and information you include must have less job for the media to handle.
c) Relevant:
It is very important to include real instances that support your message. Try to show why, what you want convey is important and how this is going to be beneficial for the reader. If your press release is not newsworthy, no one is going to read it.
d) Be brief:
Try not to use avoidable clichés, extravagant language or superfluous adjectives.
e) Take permission:
A company may get quite defensive when it comes to their name and image you must get a written permission prior to including quotes or information coming from any officials or associates of different company.
