- Errors in project planning - all of faults cause inadequate suppositions, tasks, schedules, resources… Certainly, it might impact on changes during operation only if we want to achieve even a part of accomplishment.
- Structural changes in a firm - internal restructuring, modifications of tasks, changes in a board of managers and movement of employees can influence a project.
- Trouble with resources - lack of financial and human resources, devices, equipment and even buildings do not have to be a result of bad planning operation but for example of changing main targets in managers' point of view.
- Human indicators - it is really important, and repeating in every project, determinant. It can concern project manager, team members, suppliers and associates.
