Copper is one of the most widely used metals for various activities in manufacturing and real estate industries. Thus, tensile strength of any material is the actual tensile pressure or tensile stress which can be applied before it is broken. Copper wire and other copper products such as braided copper wire has very high tensile strength (200-250 N/mm2 annealed) which makes them ideal material to use in construction and building industry. As per recent estimates, copper wire is now used extensively to construct buildings of all nature, as it provides greater strength and longevity to the structure.
