Eye are said to be one of the most important organ in the human body, and having vision is the most important gift to us. There are many different ways to take proper care of your eyes; this majorly depends on the lifestyle of the person or characteristic of that person. While you are working or doing any of the outdoor activities make sure that you are wearing sunglasses. Avoid going out in open during high sunray you might damage your eyes due to harmful UV rays. Make a habit of wearing sunglasses or hats before going out in sun this will be a great help for you to protect from harmful UV rays.
After all this what is more important to take good care of your eyes is practicing good diet. Having good eating habit is also a very good method of eye care. Include nutritious and rich in vitamins foods to help your eyes stay healthy.
