Nowadays, our work environment, work place, work force and the way we work has fundamentally changed dramatically. Team based work has become the lime light of working environment. Rather than solo performance nowadays what is being preferred is team performance which reflects a person’s coordination and team spirit. To actually work in team and to make sure that the team performance and collaboration is intact one has to undergo the procedure of team assessment. This creates trust and increases the performance of the team. This assessment puts impact on various factors like organizational performance and team work.
Through team assessment people not only assess the professional performance in a team but also take care of the emotional set up and bring up the collaborative solution to be in the team and adjust with the environment.
