Heat Tickets - Watch Them Raise The Heat In Every Game They Play

Heat tickets are invaluable for the fans of Miami Heat, as they love to watch their team live in action, no matter wherever they are playing. Miami Heat began with pathetic performance in their initial years. However, presently they are a tough team with players like, Shaquille O'Neal, Smush Parker, Penny Hardaway, and Wade.
Home Venue
The Heat play their home games at the American Airlines Arena in Miami. They are part of the Eastern conference of the Southeast Division. Black, white, red, and orange are the team's colors and these are the colors that fans don when the Heat play. They won the NBA championship in 2005-2006 season. The 2006-2007 started with a poor start but ended with the Heat at the top of the Southeast Division. They; however, were not able to win the NBA title again.
The Heat joined the NBA in 1988. Center Rony Seikaly, guard Kevin Edwards and forward Grant Long were some of the initial players selected in the draft. Their debut season, 1988-1989, was a disaster. The team earned the dubious record of having the most losses in the debut year. They had 15 wins against 67 losses. This was ...
... bad news for the Heat tickets.
The Rise of the Heat
Miami Heat then acquired forward Glen Rice and guard Sherman Douglas in 1989. The team improved gradually over the years and the sales of Heat tickets went up slowly also. In 1991, the Heat got a new head coach, Kevin Loughery. In that very same year, they drafted Steve Smith. The result was that in the 1991-1992 season, the team registered a 38-44 record and qualified for its first playoff appearance. They were; however, defeated by the Chicago Bulls.
The Heat, however, were not the one to give up. In the 1993-1994 season, the Heat returned to the playoffs after posting a 42-40 record. However, they again lost to Atlanta Hawks. In 1995, Pat Riley was brought in to replace Kevin Loughery as the new head coach. He brought in new players to the team. That very same season, the Heat won 61 games and reached the Eastern Conference finals. Demand for Heat tickets increased dramatically, as the team got more and more fans.
In the year 2000, the Miami Heat shifted to a new venue, the American Airlines Arena in Miami. In 2003, there was again a change in head coach when Pat Riley stepped down and Stan Van Gundy took over. Lamar Odom, Dwayne Wade, Udonis Haslem, and Eddie Jones joined the team.
NBA Championship
Year 2004 saw another shake up in the team. Shaquille O'Neal joined the team, while Lamar Odom, Caron Butler and Brian Grant were sent to the west. Wade and O'Neal clicked together. All the shake ups finally paid off when in 2006 they won the Eastern Conference title. The team then went on to win its first NBA Championship that same year, 2006. They defeated the Dallas Mavericks in the finals.
The team is starting 2007-2008 with a promise to the fans that they are going to win the NBA title. As a fan, you should be out there supporting the team. For that you need to buy Heat tickets and you can very well do that online. There are thousands of online-authorized ticket brokers, who offer premium tickets to all Heat games.
