In present times an employee has the right to work on part time basis and it is not necessary for an employee to work for around five days a week continuously. An employee can avail the benefit of a Part Time Contract if the employer has the need to recruit a part time employee for a particular post. The part of the society which is most benefited by this contract is female population. The clauses of the contract are formulated to cater to the needs of the employees who have to take care of family and social responsibilities, educational or other professional duties.
