There was a stone which had been lying lonely in a mountain for a long time. It had a dream: one day, it can fly into the sky like a bird. When it told its ideal to companions, they immediately sneered: “Look, what is one’s heart being loftier than the sky? It is this!” “It's fantastic!”

This piece of stone ignored the gossip of its companions, still embracing the ideal and waiting for opportunity. One day, a man named Zhuangzi passed by. And it knew that this person has great wisdom, so it told its ideal to Zhuangzi. Zhuangzi said: “I can help you achieve the ideal, but you have to grow into a mountain, which requires painstaking efforts.” The stone said: “I’m not afraid of bearing hardships.”

As a result, the stone made every effort to draw the nimbus of heaven and earth, the essence of nature, and to undertake the benefits of the rain, desperately growing. It is not known that after how many years and it suffered how much the baptism of wind and rain, it finally grew into a mountain. Then, Zhuangzi attracted rocs attack the mountain with their wings. Meanwhile, the sky was overcast, the ...
... lightning came up, and for a time the earth was moving. After a loud bang, the mountain exploded and numerous stones flew into the sky. The moment it was flying, the stone smiled happily. It finally experienced the joy of flying. However, it soon fell off from the air and still changed into the original appearance, still staying in the same place. Zhuangzi asked it: “Don’t you regret?” “No, I do not regret at all. I had grown into a mountain, and I had flown in the sky too!” the stone said.

Here is another story. An eagle hovering in the sky showed its aspiration to a lion walking on the land: “I really admire you, the lion king. There are so many animals that kneel before your power and pay tribute to you.” “Thank you,” the lion politely replied, “But you're also not bad. You have the ability to fly in the sky. Just at this point, I cannot compare with you.” The eagle suddenly saw the light. Actually in many times, when we envy others in a certain outstanding talent, we ourselves also have the talent that others don't have.
