The newly amended contract in accordance with retirement age and other related clauses strictly state that from now on no organization has the right to retire employees who have reached a senior age (65years) unless, the act is justified objectively. The part time employment contract takes into account the amendment made for holiday entitlement of the worker. Moreover the contract also includes provisions for payment to the worker in lieu of holidays not taken by him. The holiday entitlement is increased to around 28 days from around 24 days. The contract also includes statutes for payments made to employees who have surpassed the holiday entitlement. A set of new clauses has been designed for holiday entitlement.

In case of part time contract, the workers are entitled to receive pay rates and benefits same as that of permanent employees following the pro-rata structure
