Know Your Professional Rights Via An Employment Contract
Are you an employer? If yes then, do you have the contract of employment? Well, as per the legal code of conduct, an employment contract is a legal requirement that is placed under the Employment Rights Act 1996 (Section 1). A contract is an agreement between the employer and a particular employee laying down their responsibilities coupled with employment duties and commitments.
