They are illegal manufacturer of corporate brand marks for the fact that why a company would give you something for free? So they just put certain usage limitations and put advertisements on them so that they can make business out of it with ease. Moreover, once you have the software downloaded, you can't update it. So, in the end, all you have is an outdated predefined mish mash of various designs that can't show any streak of creativity.

The biggest drawback that I found about this idea is that the design concepts are limited and bounded which might be unsatisfying for the users. Therefore, how could you go for such logo design maker which will only leave detrimental effects on your business in a long run?
