One day, a little cat was desperately chasing its own tail. It chased turning circles, and its head was almost dizzy. Cat mother asked: “My baby, what are you doing?” The little cat replied: “Mom, I heard that a cat's happiness is its own tail, so I was chasing it. And once I catch my tail, I will get happiness.” Cat mother said: “My child, listen to mom. Sit there and play what you should play.” The little cat sat down, playing for a long time. Cat mother asked: “My child, have a good time, right?” The cheerful cat replied: “Yes!” Cat mother said: “Look back, and isn’t your tail always with you? The character of happiness is the more you chase it, the more it dodges you. When you do what you should do at a certain time, happiness will always be with you.” The little cat suddenly realized: when I do what I should do, happiness will accompany me.

A tree and a bridge
There was a tree, bathing under warm sunshine every day, enjoying the moisture of rain, and celebrating the good times with birds. Not far from the tree, there was a river. Although the river was small, it was very deep. In particular, ...
... when the water rose, it was very dangerous for people to cross the river. There have been several children being washed away because of crossing the river.

One day, two pedestrians were talking under a large tree, one of which said: “If there is a bridge over the river, it would be very nice. Then, it would be more convenient and safer to cross the river.” Another pedestrian also agreed. The large tree thought a moment and said: “Please cut me down and make a bridge.” As a result, the tree was cut down and became a bridge over the river. Since then, people no longer have to fear the river.

A bird flew to the bridge and asked: “What a wonderful you were living when you were a large tree! And you may grow into a towering tree later. Why do you choose to give up being a tree but a bridge?” The bridge smiled and said: “As a bridge, though I cannot grow, seeing that I can help so many people, I feel my life is very valuable.” The bird said: “But in order to help others, should you sacrifice your own happiness?” The bridge said: “No, I also get happiness when helping others!”
