Even then the demand and the requirement of property in Delhi NCR is not diminishing. Delhi, the national capital is having its own reputation in market in terms of its real estate properties. Gurgaon has recently left behind other NCR cities as one of the developed cities in the NCR region. Gurgaon has been one of the fastest growing real estate cities in the country over the past decade. You can find all kinds of residential plots, commercial and residential properties at far more affordable rates than anywhere else in the Delhi NCR region. In past few years, Gurgaon property price has been on rise considering the increase in number of people shifting in this region. Just think of the fact that the price of plots is around Rs. 4,000 per square foot. More than anything else, the location of the city is attracting all the more people to establish their homes and industries here. The demand for property in Gurgaon has reached a stage that from here onwards supply seems decreasing, resulting in rents and property prices crossing all limits. With the increase in costs, many high quality establishments for the residential sector are surfacing in the city as builders are busy constructing high rise apartments on an unprecedented scale. This high value is given a stimuli further by considerable improvement in the city infrastructure in the form of wider roads, better drainage system and impeccable underground wiring. Adding to the glamour of the city are many world class shopping destinations opening up, ultimately bringing in more investors to the city as bees are attracted to the flowers.
