7 Tips To Becoming An Unstoppable Sendoutcards Distributor
You know, what I've found with all the succussful send out cards distributors is that they all make an effort to stay plugged into the company.
By that I mean, they make an effort to go to meetings, listen to conference calls, and interact frequently with other send out cards reps.
You know, we humans are an interesting species.
We have an innate need to be involved with other people.
We find strength and vigor when we interact with others.
We like to hang around and talk to other peole who are interested in the same things as we are because thats' where we get our energy and enthusiasm to go forward.
I was reminded of that this past weekend when I flew out to visit with two leaders in my organization, Everette O'keefe and John Riding.
Everette and John had invited me out to do a workshop and to meet with their team members in Fresno, California.
We had a great time.
As we talked together about our send out cards businesses we all got eager and excited to go out and work even harder on our send out cards business.
It was great. I was energized and I could ...
... feel that everyone else was too.
That's the power of staying plugged in.
So let me give you some tips on staying plugged in.
First, try to be on Jordan Adler's conference calls on Monday night.
You should be getting an email every Monday announcing his call.
Try to be on his calls because he interviews succesful distributors and gives some great advice.
The second thing you should do to stay plugged in is get on the corporate conference calls.
Every other week, the send out cards executive team has a corporate conference call that includes announcements and great training.
Again, you'll get an email announcing that call every other week.
The third thing you should do to stay plugged in is to attend local EFTBN meetings.
EFTBN stands for Eagles Flight Training xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Network.
These are meetings that are happening every month all over the country that include basic send out cards training and an opportunity to just get together and talk to other reps in your area.
You can find out what EFTBN meetings are happening in your area on the Send out cards website.
The fourth thing that you should definately do is attend a TER seminar. TER stands for Treat Em Right.
These seminars take place in different areas around the country.
TER semimars are personal development seminars. They teach pesonal development principles and they do include some business building training.
Although they are not recruiting seminars, they are great to bring friends to and especially people that you have brought into the business.
The fifth way to stay plugged into the company is to attend the annual send out cards convention.
At first, I didn't want to attend the convention because I thought it was just going to be one of those over hyped rah rah events.
But my turning point in my send out cards business was when I attended my first corporate convention.
There was something that happened there and made me want to go back home and build my business like a crazy man.
And I did.
So if there is any way you can attend the corporate convention, please do it.
Jordan Adler has said that for every person you bring to the convention, they'll bring in an average of 100 people over the next year.
I agree with him.
That's what happened to me.
Okay, the sixth way to stay plugged into the company is to qualify to go on the send out cards cruise.
I qualified last year and went on the cruise and had a blast.
It as an amazing trip. The only problem with it was that it was waaay too short.
So whatever work you have to do to get on the cruise, it's totally worth it.
Now, the last way to stay plugged into send out cards is to participate in the send out card forum.
At the forum you can find a lot of other send out cards reps who are sharing their ideas and experiences about their to success.
But be careful to not spend too much time there.
It can be a time waster.
Your time is better spent working on your personal daily 8 goals and moving your business forward.
Okay, so lets recap.
Here's staying plugged into send out cards is critical to your success and you can do it by...
1. being on jordan adlers calls
