Playa Del Carmen Properties – Where To Find Great Prices & Great Locations

In real estate, we are often given the impression that we have choose between low prices and excellent locations. ForPlaya del Carmen properties this is not the case – at least not if you know where to look. The following pointers could help you find some prices you never imagined on a very nice property close to everything.
Look Downtown – This is probably the most surprising point for most buyers. Isn’t downtown the priciest part of the market? However, if you want to find properties that are well located, close to everything, downtown is the best way to go. If this is what you’re interested in, there’s no point to start looking elsewhere, and, as we are about to see, there are very low-priced options.
Check out some neighborhoods that aren’t “on the radar”- Within downtown, do what most people would do to start their search for low-priced property – look for “hidden gems” that most people don’t really pay attention to. Playa del Carmen’s downtown, only pockets ...
... have gentrified, and developed entirely with nice homes and condos. Most of the others, no one really pays much attention to.
Walk around, see how close you are to amenities – Once you’ve identified a neighborhood and nice complex that seems to be off the main radar of international buyers, take a walk around. How far are you from downtown’s Walmart or similar supermarket (there are 4 more of them!)? What about to the restaurant, cafes, bakeries, taco shops, etc.? You might be surprised by how close everything in downtown still is, even in these areas that fewer people pay attention to.
Walk to beach – Don’t forget to walk to the beach. Playa del Carmen’s beachfront is one of the most beautiful in the world! They are very wide, the sand is fine and soft. The bright white contrasts beautifully to the rich turquoise color of the Caribbean. Living a walk away from this beach is definitely not over-rated, and it is definitely not out of reach for those looking for low-priced property.
Compare prices to nearby properties – Now, if you haven’t done it yet, compare prices. How does the price of your beautiful condo in Playa del Carmen, close to everything compare to the condos over in the areas where everyone else is buying? Surprised?
Living comfortably in a very nice property downtown Playa del Carmen is within reach of a more limited budget.
