Tip #5 Relax!

Increasingly the medical community is realising that stress has many negative impacts on our bodies. It can trigger breakouts of acne but over a long time, as with sun damage, it acts to breakdown our skin's normal suppleness leading to lines and wrinkles and various other signs of ageing. Relaxing is the best way to keep your body and skin fit and healthy!
