The Lion King Ticket At New York Are In Huge Demand

Lion King is the story of mischievous lion cub, Simba, who lives in the African jungle. He's destined to succeed his father Musafa's throne of the king. But, Musafa's brother, Scar, has other plans. He himself wants to become the king. He, along with a pack of hyenas, plan to kill Musafa and his son. He generates a stampede that takes the life of Musafa. Scar makes Simba feel guilty of his father's death and advises him to leave the jungle forever, or else, the other lions would kill him. Poor Simba falls in his wicked trap and flees.
On the way, Simba comes across Pumbaa, a wathog, and Timon, a meerkat. They become his best friends and he grows up with them. When he becomes an adult, he happens to meet Nala, his childhood friend, who tells him the truth about Scar and the pathetic condition of his kingdom under his reign. He asks Simba to come back and take over his kingdom. Simba has to make an important decision of his life. Does he come back to fight against Scar?

... and family values are beautifully depicted in this movie. The characters of Simba, Musafa, Nala Timon, Pumbaa, Rafiki, and others have stolen almost everyone's hearts. The huge success of the movie encouraged the production of stage version of Lion King. It opened in 1997 in Minneapolis. After an astounding response, it shifted to Broadway in a few months time and since then, this adorable story has been running in the theatres for the last 10 years!
One of the remarkable features of this Broadway show is that in order to reveal clear expression of emotions to the audience, the actors have worn animal masks over their heads. When you watch the show, you can see the character as well as the actor behind it for a three dimensional effect. The show has even impressed the critics, who call it a visual masterpiece!
The stage version of Lion King has all the hit songs from the movie such as Can You Feel the Love Tonight, I Just Cant Wait to Be King, and the evergreen Hakuna Matata. All the characters of the show are adorable. Birds, Giraffes, Gazelles - almost the whole of Savanna comes on stage to entertain you to the fullest!
This show is being shown at the Minskoff Theatre. You can either try your luck at the box office, or call a number of ticketing service to book your seats at the theatre. If you are lucky, you might get front row tickets! Online booking is also open. You can also request for home delivery of tickets.
It is easier to get tickets on weekdays. Weekends are usually houseful. Don't expect to get tickets on the spot. It's better to book in advance.
