In modern times, there are too many kids’ toys with different shapes, different sizes and different functions in shopping mall for selecting. However, if you ask any people that have you seen the special toys for the old, I think most of people would see no because in many people’s standpoint, toys made from any raw materials are the special items for kids or babies to get lots of pleasure and develop their intelligence and other ability. As for the old people, they have no right. However, in fact, many people want to buy something for their old mother or old father to kill time. The reality is that they often don’t get any satisfied result and in many cases the toys store bosses or salesmen say that there is no special toy for old people.

As you know, the society is developing very fast and many young people have to spend lots of time in working, therefore they have no enough time to accompany their parents. Is there really no special toys for the old? Many toys salesmen say yes. When you are shopping in the toys store, you would see the common cloth toys, stuffed animals, RC toys, wooden toys or even Transformers, all of which are designed for kids. In toys merchants’ eyes, no special toys for the old because they think that no or just a few old people would buy such products. In other words, it has no great business opportunity. For some toys with high-tech, toys manufacturers think that they are not suitable for the old because they can’t master the advanced playing skills.

When having an interview with too many old people on how to spend their free time, most of them say they often chat with their friend or hold on meeting. For example, they can play chess together or even play with playing cards.

Finally, what I want to express in this article is that if you are a toys designer or toys manufacturers, do you consider that whether there is great business opportunity for the old men toys market.
