The Cap Negret north of Altea, followed by the La Roda and the Cap Blanc to the south. Along the yacht harbor you will find the beaches of Pueblo Macarat. Altea beaches are not those sandy beaches as you might expect along the south of the Costa Blanca and Alicante, but they sometimes offer wonderful views and nice niches to stay and relax. Denia is located about 85 km north east of Alicante along the Costa Blanca. Denia is famous for being one of the most attractive places to spend your holidays. One of the most visited tourist attractions of Denia is the castillo (castle). The castle built in the 11th and 12th century offers a wonderful view around the sea, the city and the backlands.
