The recommended dosage of Say Palmetto is 160mg twice in a day. It is available in capsule form. However you need to make sure that the ingredients are made from berry extract.

6. Stinging Nettle – It is one of the recommended herbs for preventing hair loss as it has an ability to block the conversion of testosterone into DHT.
