Aha visit to your favorite spa. If you're like most people, these are just thoughts, not actions. You never get the chance to go to the spa, either due to time or money constraints. Well that's a thing of the past. The spa is a lot closer than you think.

Are you stressed? Does life seem hard right now? Well, for a time out, you can easily create an aromatherapy spa in your bathroom tonight. You will soon have the ability to chill at home, delighted in the knowledge that you don't have to take the time - or money - to go to a day spa.

All Right - Let's Start Down the Road to Relaxation.

To create you home spa, you have to take certain steps. Below are the 6 actions you need to take.

Step 1

Remove your kids' toys, if you have them, from the bath.

Step 2

Bring your favorite towel into the bathroom.

Step 3

Dig up, or purchase if necessary, a plush bathrobe and comfy slippers. This will heighten the spa feeling .

Step 4

Okay, it's time for aromatherapy soy candles and a nice CD. For your music, I recommend something tranquil. Also consider lavender ...
... scented candles to set the mood.

Step 5

Now you'll need pumice, for exfoliation, Epsom salts, and aromatherapy body lotion or aromatherapy bath oil.

Step 6

Make sure you set aside at least 20 minutes for spa time. Put a couple of tablespoons of Epsom salt and some aromatherapy body lotion into the tub. Turn on the hot water, using both the shower and faucet in order to gain the most steam, and fill the tub. Put a match to the aromatherapy soy candles. Turn on your favorite relaxing music.} Disrobe and climb into the water. Gab some pumice. Exfoliate. Enjoy the music and the aromatherapy soy candles. Feel the aromatherapy body lotion
envelop you. Relax.

It's now time to put moisturizer all over your body. Rinse. Dry off and put your comfy robe on. Last, reward yourself with some herbal tea - try peppermint - and thank yourself for making time to really relax.

An aromatherapy home spa is inexpensive and easy to develop. So what are you waiting for? Create a sanctuary - an escape - in your own home.
