It commences with a splendid Mughal-style procession highlighting richly adorned elephants and camels. Being an ancient reign of Mughals, Agra festivals include grand celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Muharrum. Besides these there are other popular festivals in Agra that are celebrated grandly and these are: Bateshwar fair, Ram Barat, Kailash fair and so on.
