Hr Is The One Who Manages The Recruitment
Every company requires the appropriate staff to execute certain activities, since one individual cannot manage every job of the company. Therefore, the company appoints officials to manage every possible job in a company, so that it is well taken care of and a keen watch would be guaranteed on the execution of the jobs assigned to that individual, which would prove fruitful to the company as no glitches would take place and if it does, the company officials would know whom to ask about it, and what action needs to be taken after that. Like every other job assigned in a company, HR (human resources) is one such job, in which, an individual takes care of the entire working system of the company, so that every group of officials who are assigned with particular set of work is looked upon and would be provided the right assistance from the right sources, and this finding out of the lacking in the execution activity is witnessed and taken care by the HR, who needs to see that the company is functioning appropriately and the results are delivered accordingly and at the right time, so that the clients do not complain about it.
...
... It would be the HR’s decision whether to approach the consulting companies or no if any kinds of execution issues rise and the company needs assistance or guidance. The HR must see to that, while the consulting companies are providing advice to the companies regarding sales improvement, they must know the companies attributes and should have researched on the drawbacks that is causing the drop of sales, which is a must, or else how will they even provide the right kind of advice.
Hiring and recruitment of resources must be looked into, which is the most pivotal job of an HR, as innovative and hardworking professionals will prove beneficial to the company, and the duty of the HR is to find and appoint the perfect candidate for the company. With proper training the staff would know which way to head, to be successful, and this particular aspect needs to be looked upon by the HR, as HR is the official who needs to take keen interest in knowing about the staff and their requirements so that they prove useful for the company and the company progresses in short period of time. Companies must employ value added programs for their staff to keep them motivated and perform better, which the HR would advice the companies officials, so that they provide their incomparable guidance and advice to the resources sop that they would know which way to head to. Therefore, the total working conditions and the management of the staff needs to be done by the HR of the company.
