Visor lightsare quite efficient given that they are so compact and at the same time, useful as emergency lighting. These lights offer a lot in terms of lighting especially in these days where time is at a premium. The criticality of operational ease increases even more in case of an emergency where you cannot really be comfortable with a complicated circuit which you are not well aware of. Modern light models come with universal surface mount options, which give you flexibility in terms of where you can mount them. They can be mounted on the visor or on the dash, in the rear deck or the front bumper with equal ease. Their small size translates into ease of installation which also lends much required portability.

One feature that adds to the utility of Visor lightsis the compact housing. The dash, deck or flush mounted lights come in a rugged aluminum or ABS housing, sometimes with optional chrome flanges. Chrome plating, enamel finish or powder coated finish can further strengthen the structural rigidity of these lights. The sturdy housing protects these lights from heavy duty usage preventing all kinds ...
... of wear and tear in spite of years of tough handling during emergency situations. It is possible to go for both temporary as well as permanent mounting options. The lights can also be hardwired with other illuminating, emergency lighting products giving you further flexibility during search or rescue missions.

Visor lightsmake use of diffusing lenses on the outer array of LEDs to disperse the light beams in a horizontal direction, thereby increasing the overall coverage to a great extent. It is possible to go for multiple light heads each with a few arrays of LEDs pointing in a different direction. You will then get multiple light heads providing excellent overall coverage as far as lighting is considered. Chrome reflectors and diamond mirrors can be used to actually enhance the beam angle further if visibility is a concern. Thus, you can make the most out of a few light heads with the use of optical enhancements. The clear, polycarbonate replaceable lenses are virtually undetectable when the lights are not turned on, making these lighting options ideal for unmarked vehicles.

The Visor lightscome with an internal flasher that has more than 2 dozen built in flash patterns including highly attention grabbing sequences like alternate single and steady flash, quad flashes, random flashes and alternate sequential and linear flashes. These flash patterns make sure that a powerful warning signal can be generated at will, during an emergency. Moreover, these lights have additional mounting brackets, straps and clips for increased mounting options without actually blocking the view. The kit also includes cigar adapter plugs, 10 foot power cords, 18 inch pigtail and a 12V power supply with 2 or even 4 power outlets. Concentrated or dispersed lighting, in single or multiple colors can be produced by these lights depending upon the use of colored filters and lenses in split array segments or super bright LEDs.
