I had a pretty good childhood. Lots of fun, play and endless games of hide and seek.

What I did not have? A BodPod bed in a bag. This new to the market wonder consists of a quilt, pillow and sheets in an attractive carrying case and while I can't say that my childhood would have been any better with the slumber party bed, I also can't say that it would not have been, either.

I imagine that come holiday gift giving season, all the wee ones will agree with me too; it is a got-to-have sleepover bed item! The slumber party bed fabrics look like something your cool older sister would wear - they are colorful and with just the right amount of pattern - not too much to make you look like you are trying too hard and not too little to make you look like you are not trying at all - and the slumber party beds come in four different versions so your sleepover bed does not have to look like everyone else's. The slumber party beds are also totally lightweight and portable, so you do not have to hurt your back carrying the sleepover beds around like you did with those science textbooks.

The BodPod bed in a bag is also completely machine washable, even the slumber party bed carrying case! Since it is made of cotton all you have to do is throw it in the washer, then throw it in the dryer, and then when the dryer beeps just fold the BodPod bed in a bag quilt up in 3’s and it will fit right back into the carrying case, good as new!

And while you could take this slumber party bed anywhere and know that you were seriously style protected, it is also cool to know that this bed in a bag has another awesome feature: actual protection! Apparently the bed in a bag was made with the idea that the farther we are from gross sheets at motels and dirty floors at our friend’s houses, the better off we are. Well I could not agree more! Hurray for this BodPod bed in a bag... Now if only I could find such an easy fix for my grownup woes.
