Blizzard tries to make the class of monk in new xpan. So far monks are not able to produce auto attack. This is a special class in melee. Beyond players’ expectation, monks have special sources, yin sources and yang sources. These special sources support different skills separately. They plan to make healer monks skilled in boxing and kicking. Monk players must pay attention to their arms, for arms can influence dmg and healing. Mostly players don’t use arms in attacking skills except in final skills. The most special point is that monks have many animations. Usually effect of spell casters is emphasized in screen. Monks wear leather. Tank and dmg monk need agile outfit. Healing monk needs intelligent outfit. In armors, boxglove and wand are their arms. Blizzard may make veer pay attention to boxglove, brewer to wand. Probably players may have more than one option. Melee monk may use 1hand mace, axe, and sword. Fog weavers can use healing wand, mace, axe and sword. Monk can not use shield. All of melee classes can not use ranged weapons. Why dk is so successful? Partly because players can get interesting skills at a low lvl. Take the death grip for example. This skill can grip enemies to approach. They decide make monk have similar skill. Players are looking forward to the class.
