Big cities are those which, as was expected, have benefited from a greater number of requests in terms of available jobs. Also prevalent areas (those who have preserved this year, not only in 2010) are the IT and retail. However, this trend was found in the smaller towns in the country because the big companies have tried to diversify their (or even to open new offices in other cities) placing headquarters, depending on how little importance this work for profit company.

A good example in terms of "thawing" the market is the city of Galati. Earlier, this year saw a large influx of employment, largely due to shipyard "Damen" and thus job market Galati (locuri de munca Galati) received an "infusion" fresh. This took place over 1000 jobs in the last year; they came, but, due to layoffs in the last two years, when over 1,700 people have been fired. Layoffs in recent years were based on lack of orders with the shipyard faced "Damen". Hiring will be done gradually; following that within two years increased the number of employees to be in control regime.

Just ...
... as the number of jobs available is strictly related to city size, as well as the type of jobs available is strictly related to the areas in which to invest the most in the last period (both in terms of internal and external). For example, the large number of employment in retail is strictly related to the fact that retailer H & M opened several stores in the past year in various cities in Romania. Things are little different in terms of IT, where the number of available jobs are increasingly higher. Similarly, in this field those more and more foreign companies have decided to invest in an office in Romania. But there would be reason enough and that many IT professionals have decided to leave the country.

By contrast in this regard would be defrosting in the legal jobs. As a lawyer jobs in Galati (locuri de munca jurist), regardless of how such a place look, there is nothing available (although vacancies in various areas in Galati has been nearly about 100). In contrast comparison, if we go by various recruitment portal, employment lawyers (locuri de munca jurist) (or at least in the legal field) is found in various cities. Bucharest is the first place, but, surprisingly, we find the list and smaller towns, for example, Buzau, Braila and Targu-Mures.
